The room was like a cozy haven with the most snuggly bed and extra fluffy pillows. The black-out curtains made it perfect for sleeping in after a long day of exploring.

Kids eat free, comfy bed, convenient location for business parks, decent bar and lounge, good breakfast, close to Legoland and other attractions.

Such a joy to experience a fire alarm, broken key-card, and expensive taxis. So delightful!

This hotel was conveniently located close to Heathrow airport, providing easy access to transportation. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing complementary drinks and biscuits upon arrival and accommodating special requests such as extra towels and duvets. The breakfast was plentiful and a great way to start the day. Additionally, the hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained.

I always return for the warm service and comfy stay. The staff once guided me to the best taxi. It's perfect for me, with Wi-Fi, late check-out, bar, and gym. I come back for Christmas.

The staff was friendly and the check-in and check-out process was super easy. The location was convenient for my trip as it was only 20 minutes away from Thorpe Park. Despite being used mostly for airport stays, the price for our stay was excellent and included breakfast. The bed was very comfortable, although a double bed felt cozy compared to our usual king size. a great experience.
